• By purchasing items from this site, you must be over 18 years of age. We always ask for proof of age to be sent before sending tobacco related products.
  
• We are an approved seller of tobacco.
  
• In the event we inadvertently provide information which is proven to be incorrect. We will ensure this is addressed and matters positively resolved with customers.

• Sealed Cigars and Tobacco items are not opened for inspection as to do so would impact their desirability. In the event the customer discovers the items are spoiled then we will provide either a full or partial refund or coupon to the value of the original purchase.
• In the event an item becomes defective after the 28 days’ period. Please don’t hesitate to contact us we are keen to resolve all matters and want customers to have 100% confidence when shopping with us.

• Tobacco is proven to have impacts to your health. By purchasing from us, it is accepted by default that you are aware of the health impacts to you and others around you. 
• Many of the vintage tobacco products we sell were before the time that such products were subject to mandatory health warnings. We will endeavour to reinforce this message in our listings.
